If you only know the magnet ordering number, enter it directly  into the searching field above, in the middle of each page.  Searching field includes a hint, that will offer you a suitable article or category. The hint starts to react since three characters. You can also search by a magnet dimensions, e.g. 4x5. If you do not know exactly what would suit you best, search the best article category or magnet dimension.


Insertion into the shopping cart and order dispatching

Using the red button „BUY“ Insert the article you would like to buy into the shopping cart. Before that, select a number of pieces or meters. After the article has been inserted into the cart, you may go back to the shopping, or fill in the ordering form. Choose the payment and delivery method and fill in the invoicing field. If you are already a registered user, log in and the invoicing information will be entered automatically. As for the goods delivery, you may also choose another address. Using the UK e-shop, we send the goods to the UK.

After your order has been sent, you will get the order confirmation via e-mail, and in case you did so, also the information regarding the payment.

Repeated shopping

If you are a registered customer, then – after you log in on the page in the upper part on the right side – you will see your previous purchases in the section Orders overview. You may create each order once again so you do not have to select the goods and number of pieces repeatedly. Or, using previous orders, you can combine a new one.

Pursuant to the Act on Registration of Sales, the salesperson is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. Sales must be registered to the tax authority online; in case of a technical failure this must be done within 48 hours.

Terms and conditions in brief

Ordering, payment and delivery terms

  1. Order receipt we confirm by e-mail. In case you have entered your e-mail address but you have not received the confirmation, we have not obtained your order 
  2. Orders received until 3 p.m. we deliver next working day. In case we cannot send the goods, we would contact you on a phone, confirm your order and the exact delivery date. (In case we cannot be reached on a phone, your order will be confirmed via e-mail).
  3. There are the following payment methods: (we are VAT payers)
    • using a payment card,,
    • advance payment (invoicing)
  4. Advance invoice is due for payment within 14 days upon the goods ordering.
  5. To the total goods price, handling fee is to be added. Postal and packaging costs are included.
  6. Invoices are being sent together with goods, in a paper format, by request also via e-mail, in the electronic format.
  7. Upon delivery, the buyer is only obliged to accept undamaged goods.
  8. The goods must be inspected by the buyer immediately after it has been received.
  9. In case there was found out a mechanical damage of the product packaging, the buyer must check the goods status and – in case there is a damage – a record of the goods damaging must be prepared in presence of the carrier.
  10. Parcels sending is from the European Union. In countries outside of EU it may happen that further local taxes and payments are added to the final consignment price.

Goods returning and claiming procedure

  1. In case the goods is delivered in disagreement with the purchasing contract, you have a right for the goods replacement, repairing, price discount, or you are qualified to withdraw from the contract.
  2. Contract withdrawal may be carried out within 14 days following after the goods acceptation, namely by filling in and sending of the following format.
  3. The money for the returned goods will be sent back to you within 14 days, by a postal order or bank account transfer.
  4. Responsibility for the goods damaging during the transportation is assumed by a carrier; all goods are insured.
  5. Regarding a claim settlement, an authorized employee will be assigned to you.

Personal data protection

  1. All of the information we collect regarding purchasing in the e-shop are subject to the personal data protection rules.
  2. The buyer is aware of his/her duty to publish his/her personal data correctly and truthfully.
  3. The buyer agrees with receiving information dealing with the seller goods, services or enterprise, using his/her e-mail address.
