Magnet to be used in injection molding machine hoppers is designed for a separation of ferromagnetic impurities from dry mixtures characterized by good loose parameters.
The device contains 5 rods; neodymium magnets are included.
Magnet to be used with injection molding machine hoppers is manufactured using DIN 1.4301 stainless steel.
Magnetic induction on the coat is 4600 G; coat tear-off force is 60 N.
Magnetic separator body is surface-treated by polishing.
Maximum working temperature of this separator is 80 °C, total weight is 2.5 kg.
