Magnetic grate is designed for a separation of ferromagnetic impurities from both liquid and dry mixtures.
Grate dimensions are 300x300x120 mm; the device includes 9 pipes (on two levels 5+4)
The grate includes neodymium magnets.
Magnetic grate is manufactured using DIN 1.4301 stainless steel.
Magnetic induction is on the level No. 4 (core magnetic induction: 14500 G; core tear-off force: 118 N; coat magnetic induction: 10200 G; coat tear-off force: 93 N).
Maximum working temperature of this grate is 80°C.
The grate is surface-treated by sanding, the pipes are polished.
Magnetic core weight is 16 kg, total weight is 20.5 kg.
A great advantage of this magnetic grate consists in a complete sealing.
