Magnetic separator, telescopic type, is designed for a separation of ferromagnetic impurities from dry mixtures characterized by good loose parameters.
The device includes 3 pipes (1 pipe located on the upper floor, 2 pipes situated on the lower floor).
Neodymium magnets are used.
Magnetic separator (magnetic filter) is manufactured using DIN 1.4301 stainless steel.
Magnetic induction is on the level No. 2 (core magnetic induction: 13000 G, core tear-off force: 100 N, coat magnetic induction: 9300 G, coat tear-off force: 68 N).
Maximum working temperature of this separator is 80°C.
The body, grates and pipes of the magnetic separator are surface-treated by sanding.
The door is manufactured using plexi-glass with the thickness of 8mm.
The sealing that is a part of the separator is suitable for the food manufacturing industry.
